In the course of its 25th session, the Croatian Parliament discussed the proposed Draft Law Amending the Electronic Media Law. On 19 December 2006, a new Joint Declaration was adopted by the four special mandates for protecting freedom of expression - the UN Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Opinion and Expression, the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, the OAS Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression and the ACHPR Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression.
