On 20 December 2012, the Broadcasting Authority issued to all broadcasting stations its directive on programmes and advertisements to be broadcast during the period 7 January to 9 March 2013. Telestarr Limited (C 8957), the Civil Court, First Hall, had to decide whether there was a breach of copyright law on the part of the defendant company Telestarr Limited.
