The board of the Italian Communications Authority (AGCOM) has agreed, unanimously, to fine Meta Platforms (Meta, which owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) EUR 750,000 for the infringement of the gambling advertising prohibition introduced by the "Dignity decree". The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has delivered a judgment concerning restrictions on literature about same-sex relationships written specifically for children.
