The creation of a website on digital television and of a 'digital television theatre' are two of the main actions for informing the public about the benefits of digital television and the digital switch-over. The President of the Republic exercised his right of return and sent back to the House of Representatives for reconsideration a law on telecommunications that excluded CYTA (the public telecommunications organisation) from the contest for the second digital television platform.
