The Kommission für Zulassung und Aufsicht (Commission on Licensing and Supervision – ZAK) of the Landesmedienanstalten (state media authorities) has ruled that schwarz rot gold tv GmbH breached the ban on thematic placement enshrined in the Medienstaatsvertrag (state media treaty - MStV).
