The decision issued on 7 August 2025 by the Luxembourg Independent Audiovisual Authority (ALIA) follows a self-referral concerning the LiveJasmin video-sharing platform. A 46-page-long set of sweeping amendments to the Audiovisual Media Services Code (AVMSC) of the Republic of Moldova, previously adopted by the national parliament, was officially published and came into force (with some exceptions) on 21 August 2025.
