ComReg (the Commission for Communications Regulation) has launched a public consultation on radio spectrum management for the period 2005-7. The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland ( Choimisiún Craolacháin na hÉireann ) issued regulations on 8 December 2004 on the funding of Irish broadcasting.
