On 25 May 2011 the Ministers of Culture of Slovenia and France signed an Agreement on Film Co-production in Brussels. The Zakon o Radioteleviziji Slovenija (Radio and Television Slovenia Act - ZRTVS-2) passed the Slovenian Parliament on 20 October 2010. Producing audiovisual content for television broadcasters is essential for independent producers and one of the pillars of a sustainable audiovisual industry.
