On 28 and 29 November 1994, the European Commission organised in Luxemburg a conference on the 'Legal Aspects of Information Services and Intellectual Property Rights in Central and Eastern Europe'. A newly marked-up version of the conference report has been published recently by the Commission on its Web site.
