On 21 December 1995 the Hungarian Parliament adopted the new Broadcasting Act (as reported in IRIS 1996-1: 14, IRIS 1996-3:15 and IRIS 1996-7:14).

The Act has now also been published in German and English in the Hungarian official journal.
