[ES-IT] Films Co-Production Agreement between Spain and Italy

On 10 September 1997 a Co-Production Agreement was signed between Italy and Spain. It entered into force on 3 June 1998, replacing the precedent Agreement of 5 November 1966.

The Agreement applies to feature films, animated films and documentaries. The producers must belong to a Member State of the European Union. Producers from third countries may join.

Financial participation shall be at least 20%, in the case of multilateral co-productions at least 10% of the total cost of the film.
