[FR-AT] Films Co-Production Agreement between France and Austria

On 10 May 1995 a Co-Production Agreement was signed between France and Austria. It entered into force on 1 October 1997, replacing the preceding agreement of 19 July 1963.

The Agreement applies to cinematographic works made by one or more French producers in conjunction with one or more Austrian producers. It includes co-productions with a (co-)producer from a third country with which France and/or the Austria have signed a Co-Production Agreement.

Financial contribution shall be at least 20%.
