[CH-AT] Films Co-Production Agreement between Switzerland and Austria

On 12 October 1990 a Co-Production Agreement has been signed between Switzerland and Austria. It entered into force on 1 November 1990.

Those involved in the making of the film must be Austrians/Austrian residents, and Swiss/resident in Switzerland respectively. Producers from third countries can join the co-production, if their country is linked to Austria or Switzerland by a films co-production agreement.

Financial contribution shall be at least 20%, in the case of multilateral co-productions at least 10%.
