Council of Europe: Critical Analysis on the Scope and the Application of Article 10 ECHR (the Freedom of Expression)

The Council of Europe has published a critical analysis on the scope and the application of Article 10 of the European Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. The analysis is based on a study performed by Prof. Dr Dirk Voorhoof of the University of Ghent in Belgium.

Prof. Voorhoof has accepted to update the study on a regular basis. Moreover, he will write a contribution on the 1995 developments in relation to Article 10 for the special issue of IRIS which will be distributed to IRIS subscibers in December 1995.
